RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Here at GH Clothing Co we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. You are welcome to return goods if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to do this. 

All approved returns will be issued with an exchange if suitable or a store credit for the value of the goods (valid for 12 months from the original purchase date) or a full refund once items have been received back to GH Clothing Co.

RETURNS PROCESS

Contact Store Manager on 0493 066 357 to make arrangements. Please note underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once item has been tried on. All returns must be in new condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.

WRONG SIZE

We ask all customers who might be unsure of sizing to please contact us to ask for help prior to completing their purchase. We are happy to measure products to further check they will be the right size for you.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive goods which have a manufacturers fault please contact us on 0493 066 357 with the item details, fault and images of the problem ASAP. We will then forward these to the manufacturer of the product to rectify the situation for you. In most cases you will be sent a replacement item at no cost to yourself. Sometimes an exact replacement can't be supplied in your size in which case you will be offered an alternate item of your choice, store credit or a refund.
