DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that the delivery times listed are only estimations. GH Clothing Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the couriers, especially during high-volume periods. GH Clothing Co can never guarantee a delivery date or time.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, email manager@ghclothingco.com.au with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately.
If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to sender, a re-shipping fee will be required.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
GH Clothing Co are not responsible for any lost packages if details are incorrect (e.g. address). This is the responsibility of the customer and we encourage you to check all details before submitting your order. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, there are additional costs to re-send your parcel if the order has been shipped out to the incorrect address and returned back to us. GH Clothing Co will not reimburse additional charges.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please get in touch with us at manager@ghclothingco.com.au ASAP if you have entered the incorrect shipping address. Please note that our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm and Saturday 9am - 12pm. We are closed on public holidays.
